What single-storey and double-storey home options are available?
The single-storey homes are Types A, C, D and D1, each with 4+1 bedrooms and 4+1 bathrooms. The double-storey homes are Types E, F and G, each with 5+1 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms. Built-up areas range from approximately 2,938 to 4,088 sq ft, while dimensions and land areas vary by home and location.
What are the starting prices?
Single-storey homes start from RM1,906,000, and double-storey homes start from RM2,225,000. Please enquire about the latest package and the price of individual units.
What solar and EV features are included?
The materials list a 4.0 kWp solar PV system, an EV charger point, a solar water heater (excluding the maid's bathroom), a rainwater harvesting system, an auto-gate and a security alarm. The EV charger point is a charging provision, not a supplied charger. Final handover specifications are subject to the sales documents.
When will the homes be handed over?
